Palio LooseLay offers a more flexible option, in both plank and tile. The product holds tight to the floor thanks to a combination of weight and a friction grip backing, making it easy to install and allowing individual planks or tiles to be uplifted if needed*

Palio Express by Karndean is easy to install yourself, with no special knowledge or tools required. Simply lay the product on your subfloor, and you’ll have a beautiful new floor in no time. For rooms larger than 16m2, it is recommended a tackifier is used when fitting Palio LooseLay. See installation guidelines. Floor Care

Palio Express by Karndean floor has been designed with an enhanced surface treatment so it’s not only beautiful but also straightforward to clean. Floor maintenance is easy with day-to-day care and with a few simple steps, which you can read below or you can download the Palio Express Cleaning Guide.

Regular cleaning with Karndean Clean (or a pH-neutral cleaner) will help keep your floor looking its best.

Using Karndean Clean you can keep your Palio Express floor hygienically clean in four simple steps:

With a soft sweeping brush, remove any loose dirt or dust
Add 50ml of Karndean Clean (1 notch represents 50ml) to approximately 8-10 litres of clean water.
Mop the mixed solution over the entire floor, removing any excess liquid
Allow your floor to dry.

To maintain your floor’s beauty, we recommend using Karndean Remove and Karndean Refresh cleaning system every 6 to 12 months:

Karndean Remove helps to prepare your floor by removing dirt and residue.
Karndean Refresh creates a satin finish to your floor and helps protect it from marks and fine scratches.
