Classen Negras Oak 63264 Herringbone, provides a new interpretation of the classic and gives it a modern and innovative touch. Modern but timeless wood designs are complemented by the further development of the proven megaloc installation system – megaloc twin.

In contrast to conventional herringbone floors, Classen does not require left and right planks and consists only of A planks.

Installing VILLE is as easy as can be. Thanks to the fold-down technique, the planks are installed as a floating click system. The planks are simply joined together at a 20 to 30-degree angle on the long sides and a light pressure with the thumb on the short side locks the secure connection of the planks. Unpleasant and annoying creaking, which is familiar from classic herringbone planks, is also a thing of the past. Before installation, however, follow a few basic rules to keep your new floor looking its best.

To ensure the product is installed in line with Classen fitting guidance, Best at Flooring recommends the use of TimberPro2 Silver 2mm Underlay or the TimberPro3 Gold 3mm Underlay along with the Bona D700 PVA Glue with Classen Herringbone. Classen does not recommend fitting their herringbone floors through door thresholds, so laminate door thresholds should be used.
