Here at Best at Flooring, we offer LVT flooring in a range of different appearances, ranging from wood effect through to stone look, and everything in between. Add into this different styles such as herringbone, plank and square tile, and the different combinations are endless…well, within reason!

Our luxury vinyl flooring offering includes products from a number of highly respected brands, including the likes of Karndean, Quick-Step, Invictus, Kahrs and Sanders & Fink. In fact, we’re proud to say that we hold Authorised Online Partner status for Karndean, one of only two retailers in the United Kingdom to hold this. This means that our staff are trained to the highest possible level in regards to Karndean products, we are able to access stock directly from the manufacturer and that when you buy from us, you can take advantage of the Transferable Guarantee which comes with Karndean products when bought from a reputable source such as ourselves. We also have Authorised Internet Dealer accreditation from Swedish manufacturer Kahrs. This shows that we’re trusted by some of the biggest names in flooring, so you can trust us to deliver quality vinyl floor tiles at fantastic prices, backed up by our commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

When it comes to installation, there are a number of different options in relation to luxury vinyl tile flooring. For example, you could opt for LooseLay, an option developed by Karndean. With LooseLay products, you can have a floating floor which offers design flexibility allowing you to include multiple colours and shades or even different products altogether in your finished design. Most LooseLay products come with K-Wave friction grip backing, meaning the boards can be laid over most existing floors, providing they are smooth and level, without the need for time-consuming subfloor preparation.

Another option is the Glue Down option, where each individual plank or tile is stuck to a clean, level and dry subfloor using specialist adhesive. We have a considerable range of glue down LVT to choose from, with products from some of the biggest names in flooring in stock.

Your final option when it comes to installing LVT is the click system. Click LVT works in an almost identical way to other click fit products such as click together laminate or click fit engineered wood flooring. You’ll find any products listed as rigid core use the click system, which is quick and simple to use, meaning it’s perfect for DIY projects!

Why choose luxury vinyl tiles?

There are a number of benefits to luxury vinyl tiles, including their versatility, durability, waterproof properties, different colours and effects available and the different fitting methods.

Where is the best place to use luxury vinyl tiles?

Luxury vinyl flooring can be used absolutely anywhere, however we’d particularly recommend their use in environments where there’s a risk of exposure to moisture, a need for practicality yet there’s still a need to retain a sense of style. For example, we’d definitely recommend LVT floor tiles for spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms, as well as utility rooms and hallways.

How much does luxury vinyl flooring cost?

The cost of LVT can vary greatly, depending on the brand, thickness, style and various other variables. For example, a brand such as Karndean would typically fall under the “premium vinyl flooring” banner, whereas other brands focus on offering a DIY-friendly product at a bargain price. Ultimately though, here at Best at Flooring, we aim to cater for every budget and need, so whether you’re in the market for cheap LVT flooring or something a little more premium, we’re sure we can help!

How do I clean and maintain luxury vinyl tiles?

One of the many benefits to LVT is how easy they are to clean and maintain. As long as you ensure you’re sweeping and mopping occasionally using an approved vinyl floor cleaner, you’ll keep your vinyl floor tiles looking as good as new.
