Christmas Opening Times

Our team are going to have a well earned break over the Christmas period, but you’ll still be able to order flooring through our website no matter what time or day it is. You’ll be able to talk to our team between 9:30 and 16:30 on 27th – 30th December.

Festive Delivery Information

Any orders placed over the festive period (21st December to 1st January) will be dispatched in January 2024. There are no deliveries available between these dates as our warehouse, those of our suppliers and the majority of delivery depots are closed over this period.

Dispatch on stock items will recommence on Tuesday 2nd January 2024, and orders will be worked through in chronological order to ensure that orders which have come through the earliest are the first to be dispatched.

Delivery on orders for Quick-Step products will recommence on Friday 5th January.

Delivery on non-stock Karndean items will start from Monday 8th January.

If you are wanting to install your flooring in the new year, then please pre-order today to ensure we can offer you the earliest delivery date possible.
