Product Description

Amtico Spacia Oyster Oak SS5W1090 has a noticeably lighter, fresher tone, with a soft limed finish that lifts the natural oak grain. The detailing is delicate rather than bold, giving the surface a slightly washed, airy quality that works particularly well in brighter spaces.

It tends to respond quite strongly to natural light, with the pale tones helping rooms feel more open and less enclosed. Because the contrast in the grain is fairly restrained, it avoids the heavier, rustic look you get with darker oaks, instead leaning towards something more contemporary and relaxed.

There’s also a flexibility in how it can be laid. In a straight plank format it keeps things simple and understated, but it can also be used in parquet layouts if you want to introduce more pattern without changing the overall tone.

From a build perspective, it follows the Spacia specification with a 2.5mm thickness and a 0.55mm wear layer, finished with Quantum Guard for added durability and a low-sheen surface. This gives it the resilience needed for busier areas, while still maintaining a more natural-looking finish underfoot.
