Product Description

Amtico Spacia Saddler Oak SS5W1240 features a natural oak design with a smooth grain and elongated knot detailing running through each plank. The finish has a dry, oiled appearance, giving it a more refined wood look without heavy surface texture.

The mid-tone colouring keeps it balanced, allowing it to work across both modern and more traditional interiors. The grain pattern is defined but controlled, helping maintain a consistent look across larger areas without strong contrast.

It’s available in plank and parquet formats, providing flexibility in layout depending on the level of detail required in the finished floor.

Constructed within the Spacia range, it uses a 2.5mm thickness with a 0.55mm wear layer and Quantum Guard surface treatment. This build is designed for regular use, is suitable for areas where moisture is present, and is compatible with underfloor heating systems.
