Product Description

Amtico Spacia Brewer Oak SS5W1270 features a rich oak design with warm tones and pronounced crack and grain detailing throughout each plank. The variation is more noticeable than smoother oak styles, giving it a more traditional, rustic wood appearance.

The stronger contrast in the grain helps break up larger areas, making it suitable for spaces where a more characterful wood effect is needed. The warm colouring also works well in interiors that lean towards natural or classic palettes.

It’s available in multiple plank sizes as well as parquet formats, providing flexibility in layout depending on the level of structure or pattern required in the finished floor.

Constructed within the Spacia range, it uses a 2.5mm thickness with a 0.55mm wear layer and Quantum Guard surface treatment. This build is designed for regular use, is suitable for areas where moisture is present, and is compatible with underfloor heating systems.
