Amtico Spacia Portico Stone SS5S4402 sits firmly in that classic stone look, combining soft neutral tones with a mix of both warm and cooler shading. The surface carries a varied texture, which gives it a more natural, slightly time-worn feel rather than something overly uniform.

It’s the kind of floor that adapts to its surroundings rather than dictating them. In brighter spaces it leans lighter and more open, while in warmer schemes the subtle undertones come through more strongly, helping it tie different elements together without needing strong contrast.

There’s a bit more going on in the detailing compared to flatter stone effects, which makes it useful across larger areas where repetition can sometimes become noticeable. The variation helps break that up without making the floor feel busy.

From a practical point of view, it’s built with a 0.55mm wear layer and finished with Amtico’s Quantum Guard coating, giving it added resistance against daily wear. The construction also handles moisture well and works alongside underfloor heating, so it’s not limited to one type of room.
