Just like other engineered products, Elka wood flooring is made of three or more layers of wood, with a top wear layer of genuine hardwood, which gives it the stability other types of wood flooring simply doesn’t have. The construction of an Elka engineered board also helps to avoid any issues with contraction or expansion, making it perfect for use in areas where traditional hardwood flooring cannot be used, such as in conjunction with underfloor heating systems.

When it comes to Elka real wood engineered flooring, there are a number of thicknesses to choose from, with the range broken down into 12.5mm, 13.5mm, 14mm, 18mm and 20mm thick variants. This means that there is plenty of choice and the opportunity for you to find the perfect thickness for your needs. Across the Elka hardwood flooring collection, there’s a generous surface layer of between 2.2mm and 4mm of real wood, which can be sanded down and refinished as and when required.

The Elka engineered wood range offers a variety of oiled, lacquered and stained options to help achieve your desired look. They also use the Uniclic installation system, meaning that the laying process is as quick and simple as possible.

Take your time to explore the wonderful collection from this leading brand, hand-picked by us to give you the best quality and practical features in one package. You can find beautiful oak floors with brushed lacquered or smoked finishes, in dark brown, cream or coffee, amongst many others.
